🎨 Clay Modelling Experience – Creative Fun for All the Family

Looking for a fun and creative activity for the whole family? Join us at Eastnor Pottery for a hands-on clay modelling experience designed for both kids and adults! This 1.5-hour session allows you to explore your creativity while working with real clay and learning a range of exciting hand modelling techniques. The projects change every three months, providing a fresh and unique experience each time, making it the perfect family activity during school holidays, including half term.

Throughout the session, you’ll receive personal tuition from our skilled pottery instructors, guiding you as you create your own clay masterpiece. You’ll begin by watching a demonstration and then dive into creating your sculpture. No prior experience is required—just bring your creativity, and our team will be there to offer guidance when needed.

Once you’ve shaped your creation, you’ll have the opportunity to paint it with colourful under-glazes, giving it a personalised finish. After the session, your piece will be left to dry before being fired and glazed, a process that takes about a month. When it’s ready, you’ll be amazed at how professional and high-quality your ceramic creation looks! Your masterpiece can be picked up from the Pottery or sent by post for a small fee.

Price includes: Tuition, materials, firing, and glazing.
What to bring: Wear old clothes or an apron (clay washes out easily, but some paints can be stubborn). Alternatively, hire an apron and towel bundle for £5 per person.
